		<description>I tend to agree.  There are of course exceptions, like in Hong Kong where one of the favorite local breakfast dishes is a cold, watery rice porridge / fish soup called &quot;congee&quot;.  

In that case, McDonald&#039;s will be ok, thank you.</description>

		<description>Good advice for when you aren&#039;t traveling.  Look for the local joints in town that have the friendly locals!  I like the 50s style silver diners with a jukebox at every booth.</description>

John Hardys in Rochester, MN is a perfect example... the looks of the place (both locations) probably scares many visitors away... but there are always &quot;Service Vehicles&quot; there and the meal is unbeatable (IMO)</description>
