Demo

Sept. 2013 – Here’s one of the first tunes I worked on with the band. It is called “Goin Down”. As you’ll hear it is pretty raw. Lyrics and arrangement are still being fleshed out, plus there is no lead guitar on this take, but it will give you an idea on things to come.

Live Show Bootlegs

Sept. 2013 – Here’s a song we close the show with every now and then. It was originally done by legendary folk singer-songwriter John Martyn (check out his version, I think you’ll see it is a bit different). I heard a Black Crowes version, loved it and started playing it solo. When the band came together, everyone loved to jam on it so we kept it on the set list.

This was recorded December 2012 at the River Road in Twin Bluffs, MN. That voice you hear talking is our current base player Josh Vaughn. Before he was in the band he was was running the recorder that night with a couple beers in him. As you’ll see he has quite the sense of humor.
